1. If the Product is Damaged or Faulty?
ToynJoy will accept any return which was received by the customer in a damaged or faulty condition. This product needs to be received back at ToynJoy office in unwashed, unused with original tags & undamaged packaging for Refund/Exchange.
2. If there is Any Complaint?
Any complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery for an exchange with a short video and pictures at email@example.com
3. If Don’t Like the Product?
Exchange and Refund of toys on not liking the product will NOT be entertained. However, you can share the issues at firstname.lastname@example.org for your case to be reviewed.
4. Wrong or Un Identical Product Received?
The exchange will be made within 7 days. (If the product received is not identical) to the product ordered on the website. In case the desired product isn’t available then the amount paid by the customer will be reimbursed as per the condition described in Clause-5.
5. How the Refund for toys and games will be made?
Refunds will be made if the aforementioned criteria (defined in clause 4) will be met. The amount will be reimbursed directly into your bank account within 7 working days. Which you need to share with us along with the issue at email@example.com (Only if we were unable to fulfill your order & you have paid in advance)
6. Return by Customer?
The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address. Delivery Charges will not be refunded in any case.
7. Different Colors Received?
Colors may vary upon delivery of your merchandise. (Unless you have paid extra for the desired color) colors are not covered under any Exchange or Refund Policy.
8. Sticker or tape on the Packing Box
Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
9. Returned Product in an inadequate condition?
If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
10. Refund Request time?
Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving & inspecting the packaging of returned products.
